You have to have 4 moves, if you don't know of any, then some good ones would be:

Solar beam: charge for 2 turns (Posts) but is very powerful

Weather Ball: It changes with environment (?)

Agility: Makes you move much faster

Quick attack: Doesn't do much damage but usually goes first. Good for finishing people off.

Moves are the moves they can use in a battle. Considering you as a Vaporeon,you should have Water/ice type moves.
